VERDICT

The price for the Power 7 in 1 AirFryer Oven, whether you are looking at the 6 Qt or the 8 Qt, is very reasonable. It’s an oven, a rotisserie, dehydrator and air fryer, all in one. The rotating basket for fries works amazing and produces fries that come out evenly cooked and so crispy, with just a spritz of oil.

If you like cooking rotisserie chicken, or plan to use the air fryer as part of your weekly cooking routines, the larger 8 Qt size is probably going to be more value for your money, especially because of the sturdier, deeper trays and easier tray inserting. Despite some small quirks its currently rating in the top ten.

As per the infomercial the Power 7 in 1 is a powerful air fryer that includes a rotisserie and dehydrator option for cooking low-fat meals for the entire family. Power says their air fryer will fry food with minimum to no oil or fats and that it has a drip tray that catches the excess fat. Such guilt-free, less calorie food does make Power AirFryer Oven an interesting appliance, but I am sure user reviews will reveal the true facts. So, lets take a closer look.

Our Power 7 in 1 Air Fryer 6 Qt & 8 Qt Review

Power 7 In 1 Rotissorie Cooking Chicken

Like all air fryers, the Power 7 in 1 Air Fryer Oven uses convection technology to quickly cook food, leaving food items moist on the inside yet crispy on the outside. Heating elements warm the air inside the appliance to intense temperatures, and this superheated air is then circulated by fans.

You may remember previous commercials advertising the Power Air Fryer XL, an egg-shaped air fryer. The Power 7 in 1 has since replaced the Power Air Fryer XL.

Inside the 7 in 1, the racks or “shelves” consist of metal screen racks. The mesh-like design of the shelves allows for maximum airflow and permits the grease to drain through into a removable drip pan. The pan then pulls out and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Unlike a traditional air fryer, no flipping of the food is required during the cooking cycle as this air fryer features a unique rotating cooking basket and rotating spit that complements the constant air flow by keeping the food itself moving as well.

Power 7 in 1 Key Features

This Power Air Fryer has a number of features that set it apart as a unique addition to the air fryer market. The following demonstrates a few of our favorites.

7 in 1 State-Of-The-Art Design

The Power 7 in 1 has an LED display with 8 one-touch pre-set buttons to remove the guesswork. It provides options to rotisserie, dehydrate with no added sugar, air fry, roast, bake, pizza, broil, toast, and reheat. The oven also has a large, easy-grip handle and an XL visible window to watch the food cook. It also has accessories that are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

7 in 1 Smart Technology

Power asserts that its Rapid Air Technology creates a whirlwind of super-heated air to fry food that is extra-crisp and golden brown on all sides. Also, the 3 level Air Flow Racks declare to have 360 degrees Air Crisp Circulation to offer cooking options for the entire family.

7 in 1 Air Frying

The 7 in 1 may offer more air frying surface area than any other model on the market today. Three mesh air flow racks allow you to cook family sized portions of up to six different foods – all at the same time. You can also air fry using the rotating basket. The large size of the oven allows it to accommodate items as large as a 9-inch pizza or a five-pound chicken.

7 in 1 Rotisserie

Rotisserie is a cooking style in which meat is roasted on a spit that turns constantly to ensure even cooking. Stand-alone rotisserie appliances can be hard to find and take up a lot of space, but the Power 7 in 1 solves the dilemma of rotisserie at home. It has a motorized rotating spit that can be used with the rotisserie bar, rotisserie forks, kabob skewers, or rotating frying basket.

7 in 1 Dehydrator

In the past, dehydrating food at home meant long hours in the oven or an electric dehydrator taking up more than its fair share of counter space. Now, you can dehydrate your favorite snacks more quickly than ever. Up to five racks can be placed inside the Air Fryer when it is being used as a dehydrator. What dehydrated foods can you make? Try tangy beef jerky, crunchy candied bacon, or healthful dried fruits and vegetables.

7 in 1 Touchscreen LCD controls

The Power 7 in 1 has a large touchscreen display, making it easy to use, even for those with limited eyesight. Controls include an on/off button, light, temperature and timer controls, rotisserie mode button, and eight cooking presets identified by a pictorial icon of the food item.

7 in 1 Preset Smart Buttons

Cooking presets include French fries, steak, fish, shellfish, fried chicken, cake, rotisserie, and dehydrator. Using presets, you can cook with the touch of a button.

What We Like

Customizable rack inserts – These allow you to format your appliance to suit your changing needs
Crystal clear window – Viewing your food as it cooks is not only helpful in determining appropriate cook times, but it is fun, too – especially when the rotisserie is in use.
Unmatched versatility – The Power Air Fryer Oven is one of the largest air fryers on the market today, and the only one sporting a rotisserie spit.

What We Don’t Like

Limited 60-day warranty – Most comparable appliances include a warranty spanning a year or longer.
Limited cooking times and instructions – Cooking times can be set by the minute up to sixty minutes. In dehydration mode, control is more limited – the timer can be set up to 24 hours in 30-minute increments.
Mesh basket is hard to clean – Although dishwasher safe, the mesh of the stainless-steel basket often requires additional cleaning to remove all food particles from the mesh.

7 in 1 Warranty

The Power 7 in 1 Air Fryer manufacturer’s warranty is limited to 60 days. As such, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the extended warranty, generally offered by any retailer. Extended warranties may cover the product for one year or up to five years.

Conclusion

Should You Buy the Power 7 in 1 Air Fryer? In a word, yes, you should invest in the Power Air Fryer Oven. This device represents a major upgrade from the traditional air fryer, which had limited capabilities due to its egg-shaped design. If you love your current air fryer but just want something bigger, with more features, more versatility, as well as multiple racks, this is the air fryer for you. However, if you are looking to replace the functionality of a conventional oven, the countertop convection oven might be a better choice.

Power 7 in 1 Air Fryer 6 Qt & 8 Qt Customer Reviews

“I’ve had this thing for about six weeks now and I just love it. It works even better than I expected. I use it almost every day. I don’t know how long it will last but I hope for a long time to come. It is very easy to use too.” …. Read More

Power 7 In 1 Cooking Chips

“PROS: I have had the 6 QT Air Fryer Oven for about 2 months now! I batter the chicken exactly how I would if I were frying it and it turns out just as good in the air fryer oven, except I use no grease!!! I like to use parchment paper initially so that the batter doesn’t stick to the pans. And I make sure I flip the chicken so that it is crispy on both sides. 40 minutes and the chicken wings are done!! I have cooked salmon patties, breaded cauliflower bites, french fries, and pizza in the oven and they were all very delicious. The bread on the pizza is much crisper than reheating it in a traditional oven! Careful not to overcook the fries, they typically cook faster than the recommended time.

CONS: The first time I used it, there was definitely a burning smell, but it went away after the first use. Sometimes however, I feel like I can taste a residue on my food, kinda weird. The oven does not cook evenly from top to bottom. So, it’s important that I rotate the racks every 10 minutes or so to make sure all the food is cooked evenly. I like to use 2 racks instead of 3 for this reason. I’ve heard some reviews that say that the paint on the oil pan on the bottom chips away. I line the pan with aluminum foil before I use it and I’ve never had a problem, plus it makes clean up easier. Some reviewers have commented on the oven door breaking, but it is actually designed to detach for easy cleaning! Oh, and for those who have a difficult time cleaning the racks, I’ve learned that if you soak them in water it’s easier to clean with a brush!

Overall, I love the design of this Air Fryer Oven and would definitely recommend it. If you shop around, you can find better deals than the infomercial offers, and it includes all the attachments. Also, consider getting an extended warranty in case it stops working later, I got an inexpensive 2-year extended warranty just in case!” …. Read More
